ES3 Secondary Lining works completion

Beginning of August 2017 it has been successfully completed the Secondary lining in the escalator tunnel ES3 in Liverpool Street with the use of the KERN TSK Shutter.

The tunnel has been divided in 9 blocks including a special final pour with a conical shape to create a transition on the top of the escalator between two different geometries.

Kern Tunneltechnik provided the tunnel shutter and the staff for the construction works.
