TRAINING CONCEPT

The construction activities and the on-site operations are demanding more and more knowledge and preparation.

KERNEDU is the concept to provide an advanced training to the jobsite workforce thorough a new interactive and digital methodology.

Training & Learning  are divided into different levels to guarantee:

- Practice and Repeat
- Memorization
- Safe tests
- General Knowledge

The operation sequences are virtually replicated following the a defined Work Method Statement.

DIGITAL | HUB

The simulation is performed with a realistic model which replicates the Engineering solution, thorough the new interactive Digital-Hub developed by the KERN.
The interface with the simulator is made by phisical control device that will be used on the machine during the works.
A specific training software is developed specifically for each project and customer requirement.
