Project information: SCL of 7 km Thames Water sewage tunnel.
The innovative system was designed to carry out a 360° concrete secondary lining guaranteeing a final finishing without holes or steps.
The machine was equipped with a PLC capable to check the concrete pressure during the casting. Steel form section were full hydrostatic and it was possible to achieve a rate of advancement of 300 meters per week.
Supplied equipments: No.6 Fullround Shutters with related Curing Gantries, No.2 Service Gantries, Invert Traveller, TBM Service Machine.
