Designed to face a specific challenge in tunnel construction, the Rail Bogie can move the Shutter System Rails from the back to the front of the system during the critical concrete hardening phase.

Equipped with four red pads to support the rail, the machine incorporates two hydraulic jacks for lateral adjustments on curved situations.
The advancement is performed with four electric motors connected to a battery system.

Its wireless control system allows remote operations ensuring maximum control and safety during the works.


With a top speed of 40m/min and LED lights illuminating its direction of travel, the Rail Bogie delivers efficiency and visibility during tunnel operations.
By introducing this machine, we have optimized the construction cycle and output rate.
