KERN Tunneltechnik Win Product Innovation of the Year at the BCI Awards

We are thrilled to announce that Align JV and KERN Tunneltechnik have been recognized with the prestigious Product Innovation of the Year award at the British Construction Industry Awards for our Service Dismantling Gantry.

The judges highlighted how this innovative product system offers numerous benefits, including:

• Improved project timelines
• Enhanced health and safety on site
• Efficient logistics coordination
• Reduction in required plant and associated carbon savings

Although the system was bespoke to this project, the lessons learned can be applied to tunneling projects worldwide, setting new industry standards. The Service Dismangling Gantry exceeded every target.
